SMOKY QUARTZ - This stone has a very positive vibration, and it can turn negative energy into positive energy. Carry a smoky quartz crystal in your pocket to increase your positive energy. Cleanse the quartz crystal and recharge it daily, since it is not only increasing the positive vibrations, but also absorbing negative energy.

MEDITATION - Sit quietly with your eyes closed, breathing normally. Visualise any negative energy you have accumulated leaving your body. Now, repeating the mantra, visualise vibrant white light coming from above and entering through your crown chakra, moving down through all of your chakras, and filling your body.
