REFUND POLICY

In the unfortunate event that have a problem with your order, or have simply just changed your mind, you can return your goods via our RETURNS PORTAL.

In the event you are unhappy with the product, or you have simply changed your mind, you may return new, sealed & unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods only. Please return products with original packaging (if unavailable, please use appropriate packaging), any products received damaged during transit will no longer be returnable.

We would advise that you obtain proof of postage just in case there is an issue with the delivery of your parcel. Unfortunately we do not currently cover return postage costs.

Faulty, defective or wrongly delivered goods will be fully refunded, including the original postage (if the whole order is returned) & return postage costs. This is only as long as the fault is not due to misuse, use against the manufacturer's recommendations or reasonable wear and tear. For refunded postage, faults must be advised within 48 hours of delivery.

For non or refused delivery, the order will be returned to us. Any costs incurred for the return of your order will be deducted from your return. A handling fee of 10% will also be deducted from your refund.

PLEASE NOTE; until the order has been returned to us, in a unopened and re-sellable condition, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Items purchased in sale, discounted and/or purchased using a coupon code or personally sourced are not eligible for refunds. We may accept a return, in exchange for account points/store credit, at the discretion of HEALING AND HER LTD. 

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to reach your original payment method, depending on the provider. Please allow this time before contacting us if there is an issue.

Exchanges will be sent out within 48 hours of our accepted returns process & confirmation of exchange will be emailed to you prior to this.
