SHADOWS

'I wholeheartedly recognise and embrace all parts of myself with love.'

We all possess hidden shadows that we choose not to acknowledge. These aspects of our personality can be scary as we worry about being accepted by others and loving ourselves. So we keep them tucked away, hoping they never come to light. But just like a dark corner, when we shine a light on our shadows, they disappear. When we bring our shadow selves into the light of consciousness, they lose their power to frighten us and we can embrace them as part of our whole being.

BLACK TOURMALINE - Banish your inner shadows by using dark tourmaline to draw them out and send them down the drain. Simply add 1/4 cup of himalayan pink salt or sea salt and a couple of dark tourmaline pieces to a warm bath. Soak for at least 10 minutes, then remove the tourmaline and watch as your shadows wash away. Remember to cleanse the crystals before using them again!

ROSE QUARTZ - Embrace your full self, even the shady bits, with the help of rose quartz. Use this love stone during your meditation for some major self-love vibes!

CHILL OUT - Get comfy on your back with your eyes shut, taking deep breaths. Imagine your inner demons as literal gloomy shadows within yourself. While chanting the mantra for 10 mins, see those shadows vanish into thin air.
