LETTING GO

'I release everything that no longer serves me.'

Letting go is a vital step towards embracing transition and marching onward with your life. It's not simple, 'cause clinging to what you know feels cozy. Oftentimes, the items you can't bring yourself to release will hold you back, anchoring you in energy patterns that offer no aid and obstructing you from advancing on your soul's course.

LABRADORITE - This magical stone can enable you to let go and make meaningful changes while straying away from outworn habits. It's a great crystal for getting rid of deep-rooted convictions, feelings, or patterns that are no longer helpful. Sit quietly and, with closed eyes, hold a small piece of labradorite in your receptive hand. Ask yourself, "What am I refusing to give up that's preventing me from proceeding on my path?" Write down anything that comes to mind. Now, shift the labradorite to your giving hand and repeat your mantra. Keep going until you feel liberated or a shift in your energy. After your session, be sure to cleanse and recharge your labradorite.

ROSE QUARTZ & GREEN AVENTURINE - If you're stuck in emotional quicksand, why not grab these heart chakra stones? Hold them in both hands, envision your heart chakra, and chant "release" quietly. Carry on for 10 minutes or until you sense a wave of tranquility and liberation.

RHODOCHROSITE - If the forgiveness and release you need requires taking a step back and re-evaluating, use rhodochrosite! Holding it in your palm with intention, close your eyes and bring the person to mind. Keep repeating, "I forgive you, I release you," until a sense of lightness fills you.

MEDITATION - Get comfy, either sitting or lying down, and take a few calming breaths. Visualise all those beliefs, expectations, issues, and emotions that you're holding onto that are holding you back. As you focus on the mantra, imagine these things drifting away and fading away. Keep doing this for 10 minutes and feel your burdens melting away.
