LAZINESS

'I am energised to take action, to make things happen in my life.'

Sometimes what we think of as lazy, whether in our own behaviour or someone else's, isn't truly laziness. It might be fear or emotions bubbling up, or it could be procrastination born of not wanting to do something, fatigue, or a lack of inspiration. To overcome laziness, we must learn to engage with life proactively instead of passively.

CALCITE - A rock that boosts energy, rendering it a useful tool in ensuring productivity. Any hue of calcite will do, but orange calcite is particularly efficient for inspiring activity. Start your morning by holding a piece of the crystal in your receiving hand, and chant the mantra for 10 minutes (or until you feel ready to roll)!

MEDITATION - Lounge around, chanting the mantra. Imagine yourself doing the things you've been putting off--and keep going to the result of taking action. See in your mind's eye the exact objectives you want to hit, noting how proud and delighted you'll be. Keep meditating for 10 minutes or more.
