WHAT IS BLADDERWRACK?
Bladderwrack, scientifically known as Fucus Vesiculosus, a type of seaweed (sea kelp) - may be one of the most common seaweeds in the world. This type of brown algae can be found on the coasts of the North Sea, the western Baltic Sea, and the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.
Bladderwrack contains 10 out of the 102 minerals. Combined with Sea Moss, the two complete the 102 spectrum.
People have been using it as a herbal remedy and an ingredient for cooking across various cultures for hundreds of years. Bladderwrack is rich in nutrients such as vitamins A, B complex, C, D, E and K. It contains minerals such as sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, zinc and manganese. It is also rich in all nine essential amino acids and antioxidant properties.
